WW1/WW2 German Reichswehr / prussian / Hitler Jugend "Trommelschere".

The hanger is with a crown and therefore Prussian, but these hangers were re-used by the reichswehr and especially the Hitler Jugend.

Most likely used by the Hitler Jugend or Early Waffen-SS Standarte because of it's white color on the leather.
